A New Twist on an Old Favourite: Roger & Gallet Gingembre Rouge

Hey Ladies,

I hope you're all well. Today's post is a new offering from a brand favourite of mine, Roger & Gallet. It's no secret to you all that I just adore R&G, I really believe that when it comes to the fine art of fragrance, they can do no wrong. Gingembre Rouge is no exception!

It's hard to believe that the original Gingembre has been around for eleven years. Gingembre is definitely one of my all time favourites from the Roger & Gallet range. I cannot count the amount of people I have bought it for as a gift or recommended to someone. Everyone seems to love it and with good reason! When I heard that R&G were launching a new version of an old favourite, I just new I'd love it, no questions asked, and happily, I do!

To me, if the original Gingembre and Gucci II EDP had a baby, you would get Gingembre Rouge. Not a bad combo right? Top notes in this beauty are ginger, mandarin, and pomegranate, middle notes of litchi, mandarin blossom, and ginger blossom, and base notes of cedar, candied ginger and white musk. So you have the holy trinity of ginger, mixed with some fabulously citrus notes, and what you get is the most exquisite explosion on your sense of smell, which allows you to envision yourself strolling aimlessly through a spice souk on a warm day somewhere far far away.

Really what Roger & Gallet have given us here, is a perfect re-invention of the original, which I was convinced, could not be improved upon. Of course I still love the original, it will always have a special place in my heart, but there is something so uniquely beautiful about this scent which allows you to appreciate that sometimes, perfection can be improved upon. Roger & Gallet are consistent in giving us these beautiful fragrances, there really is something for everyone, a tried and true testament to that is the fact that my father, who has never worn or owned an aftershave in his life, is now an R&G convert, shower gels and fragrances. I know I've said it before but this is one of the only brands that I truly look forward to seeing whats coming next. It never disappoints, and that is a real rarity in the ever expanding fragrance industry. Kudos Roger & Gallet, Kudos!

That's it for now ladies,
I hope you enjoyed!
Have you tried Gingembre Rouge yet?
What is you R&G favourite?

NUXE Prodigieux Le Parfum

Hey ladies,

So after a little break, I'm back! Before we jump into today's post, I just wanted to thank you all for you're amazing words and support, it meant the world to me. If you missed it, you can look here.

So a few weeks ago I attended the launch of a new fragrance by one of my all time favourite brands NUXE.

NUXE have taken their infamous Huile Prodigieuse and created the perfect fragrance in its image. The Prodigieuse Oil has a massive cult following, so when I found out that it was to become a perfume, I had high hopes, and NUXE never being one to disappoint have knocked it out of the park.

This fragrance is absolutely an 'Aundrea will love' scent, it is described heavily as a floral scent, but to me, there is so much more depth to it than that. Top notes are orange blossom and bergamot, middle notes of rose, magnolia and gardenia, and base notes of vanilla, coconut milk and pebbles.

I feel like a lot of people will put this in the Summer fragrance category, and to some extent it is, but for me I can really picture myself wearing this on a cold Winter's night in front of the fire. When you first spray it, you're very much hit with the citrus notes, but as the fragrance dries down, it becomes more complex, notes of vanilla and bergamot become more apparent, the citrus is still there but not as strong, it really is just a perfect all rounder.

I think NUXE have done a truly incredible job with this perfume. Whenever I wear this scent (which I have been doing pretty frequently) everyone compliments it, which is fantastic because it's an excuse to send them to our local NUXE counter with a mile long list of products they just have to try!

That's it for now ladies,
I hope you enjoyed!
Have you tried the new fragrance from NUXE?
Or have I tempted you into having a sniff?!
Tell me some of your must have NUXE products!

Happiness Can Be Found In The Darkest Of Times, If One Only Remembers to Turn On The Light...

Hey Ladies,

I hope you are all well. I realise that my posts recently have been few and far between, and honestly I think it's time to give you an explanation as well as thanking you for sticking with me.

This post is coming from me being in a very dark place, and not quite being able to see the light. I figured, why not use the tools at my disposal to write it all down and get it out.

Almost 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, for those of you who don't know, or are unsure about what exactly that is, RA is by Google's definition a chronic progressive disease, causing inflammation of the joints, resulting in painful deformity and immobility in the fingers, wrists, feet and ankles. With RA being an Auto Immune disease, for reasons unknown the immune system, which normally protects our body, instead attacks the body's own tissues. The fact that it's a chronic disease means it cannot be cured, only treated.

When I was first diagnosed, I thought fuck it, I can get through this we've caught it early, we can get this under control and into remission. Looking back now, I can't believe how naive I was. Having this disease, that limited my daily activity, that was attacking my immune system, that had me in constant pain, meant that there were days when I felt it wasn't even worth getting out of bed. I pushed through it, I kicked my own ass daily to do the simplest of tasks.

In the beginning people would ask how I was doing, offering help and support, kind words. My biggest motivation was my daughter, I kept pushing myself to be a better mother for her, being a single parent, I had to, I wanted to be the best mother I could be, because truly, she deserved no less.

I was started on a drug called Salazopiran, I spent months on it, seeing and feeling little improvement, watching the letterbox constantly for that letter to see a specialist to get treatment, to get some semblance of my life back. 18 months later, that letter still hadn't come through the letter box, and my condition was worsening. The tiredness, the lack of motivation, the sheer exhaustion after the simplest of tasks, the irritability, the pain, the swelling, the feeling of my hands inflating to three times their normal size and feeling like if i pricked my hands with a pin, they would deflate.

I wanted relief, Jesus more than  that, I NEEDED it. After frequent visits to a very empathetic doctor, we decided while I was still waiting for the appointment that would never come, we would begin a more aggressive treatment course with a drug called Methotrexate. Using Methotrexate came at a price. Dizziness, nausea, vomiting, hair loss, there was a serious and very real risk of damage to my kidneys, in higher dosages Methotrexate is used to treat cancer, to abort children, it was made very clear that under no circumstances was I to allow myself to get pregnant.

So I began to take this drug, hoping and praying that it would give me even a day or two a month where I felt ok, not great not good, just ok. Meanwhile a letter of referral was sent to a private specialist rather than the public, which by the way I'm still waiting to hear from.

During the Summer just gone, with the Methotrexate doing the bare minimum to give me any sort of relief, my symptoms began to worsen, I began to get a different sort of swelling. My hands began to have a constant feeling of pins and needles, they trembled endlessly, I would lose power completely in my hands, dropping things, breaking things, it's now February and these symptoms haven't gone anywhere.

I couldn't write, colour with my daughter, straighten my hair, pluck my eyebrows, shave my legs, carry an expensive glass, apply my eyeshadow, wash my hair, do the everyday tasks that we all take for granted. I began to stop sleeping at night, because if I slept the wrong way, my hands would swell and the pain would be so intense I would wake up in a cold sweat, unable to move my hands, bend my wrists, crying because they'd take their time deflating, or at least that's what it felt like.

So I started to slip into a dark place, I began to fear leaving the house. I have to push myself to bring my daughter to school in the morning. It takes me days to psych myself up to go into town or to Dublin for an event. I feel so uncomfortable in public that I feel like I might vomit. I have become socially inept. It terrifies me. People I know and love, friends, have been convinced that I'm annoyed with them because of this.

I finally got to see a specialist privately on Tuesday, I had to pay €220 for the privilege. I got all my hopes up thinking that finally, someone can help me. After a few routine tests he told me that not only do I have RA, I also have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in both hands along with Tendinitis thrown in for good measure. These are apparently associated conditions of RA, the CPT and Tendinitis have to be treated before a new course of treatment can even be considered.

So after hearing this news, I started to cry. I felt like my struggle with this disease had gotten the better of me, and coming to the specialist to get better and instead hearing that right now I have something else that needs sorting first, was just too much. His reaction was almost patronising, it annoyed me and it made me angry. 'Aw, do you think you're a little bit depressed?!' No, just because I'm a woman, who's crying at a substantial setback, does not give you the right to assume I'm depressed. I'm Frustrated!

A course of incredibly painful injections into the wrist and nerves later, I was bandaged up and sent on my way. My father who met me at the door with a concerned look on his face said 'Jesus you look like he kicked the shit out of you'. I laughed it off, because I couldn't cry like I wanted to. The utter frustration of being sent on my merry way without even a return appointment made me feel like it was hopeless.

And that is just how I feel now. Unless you have this absolute wanker of a debilitating auto immune disease with CTS and its ugly sister thrown into the mix, you just have no idea what it's like to get through a day, or night. You get sick of talking about it. You can be in the worst state, get a phonecall, someone asks how you are, and you say great. It's not that people get sick of hearing about it, I think there comes a point where they just dont know what to say. Because really, what can you say? I know it could be worse, it can always be worse. But I've kept my chin up for so long holding this all in, ignoring the part of me that has been screaming inside me constantly that this is relevant to me, that it cant just be silenced anymore, I feel like I'm slowly losing my mind.

My day to day life is as normal as always, my routine will stay the same, I wont let this change the person I am, I don't even want to feel fantastic, I just want to be ok, I feel like I'm asking for the moon and stars saying that, but after three years of being chronically ill, and keeping my mouth shut for the majority of that time, I feel like if I don't get this out I'll scream.

I don't want this to change me, to change who I am. Right now I feel so disheartened and bitter. The injections I was given that were meant to help? They've made it worse, I have limited mobility in my fingers, hardly any movement in my thumbs, it's taken me 3 days to write this post because I can barely type, I can barely move my fingers from those god awful injections . I need to know that things will get better, this isn't me looking for attention or feeling sorry for myself, 3 years I've kicked my own arse through this, and I'll continue to do so.

You might be wondering about the title of my blogpost, it is a dark time for me, and I know I'll push myself through it, I just need to figure out how to turn on the light.

Thank you for reading if you've gotten through all of it. I would just like to sincerely thank my friends, who have always been a constant source of support. Lyndsey, Anne Marie, Donna, Sarah, and Chloe, I know I may be trying to figure out how to turn on the light, but you girls are guiding me closer and closer to it. I am truly privileged to be able to call you my friends. I needed to thank you, because without you, I would be lost.

Dublin Vitality Centre - 3 Step Programme

Hey Ladies,

I hope you're all well! As you all know, I'm more than a little obsessed with skincare, and I've been thinking a lot about different treatment options. The one I have been most impressed with is below, I'd love if you guys could check out the links and let me know your opinions and experiences!

Dublin Vitality Center, has introduced a very interesting and impressive 3 Step Younger Skin Programme especially designed to make skin younger. The 3 Step Programme consists of 3 combined treatments and is exclusive to Dublin Vitality Center. Firstly, Diamond
microdermabrasion is used to remove dead skin, fine lines and pigmentation on the upper dermis. Usually a course of 5 is required. After that attention is focused on deeper lines, furrow and wrinkles which reach into the deeper mesoderm or middle layer of skin.

Using Mesotherapy or Skin Needling, the deeper furrows and wrinkles are targeted. If you think this sounds very painful and don't quite fancy needles near your face, fear not! Dublin Vitality Center are the first in Ireland to use a  new form of skin needling. The system is
100% controlled by machine so that it cannot penetrate deeper than it should. It only reaches .5 mm and therefore doesn't cause any damage. It also simultaneously injects Vitamin C right into the skin for the ultimate superboost!

Lastly the skin is treated to one session of diathermy. For those who
dont know what that is see www.redveinremovaldublin.ie to remove those aging thread veins which appear over time around the nose and cheeks. So there you have it, younger skin instantly! They also provide zero peroxide laser teeth whitening which is again provided by a dental nurse and causes no sensitivity or dreaded shooting pains of old check out www.laserteethwhiteningdublin.com for details.

You can find out more info on http://www.younger.ie or http://www.dublinvitalitycenter.com.

I'd love to know what you think or if you have had any experience with this type of treatment!

That's it for now ladies,
I hope you enjoyed!
Please let me know your thoughts below as always!
Until next time

Get Party Season Ready with It Works! Ultimate Body Applicator Wraps

Hey Ladies,

I hope you're all well! The party season is upon us once more, and now more than ever we want to look our best for the festive season! I recently tried a product I have been hearing a lot about, This Works! Ultimate Body Applicator, the Body Contouring Wrap. I honestly wasn't too sure what to expect as this was my first foray into the slimming wrap world, but here is how I got on...

The instructions for the wrap itself were simple: apply one applicator to the chosen area of your body, and leave for 45 minutes (or over night if you choose). Once finished, remove, discard and enjoy the benefits! I left my wrap on over night, even though the effects of the cream continue to work for up to 72hours! It was really quite comfortable to sleep in and the scent was actually very lovely! Once I had my shower, I got out the old measuring tape, and was absolutely astounded to see that I had lost a full 6 inches off my stomach! But where did it go? Most body wraps simply cause water loss, the UBA uses a botanically based cream formula to help tone, tighten and firm.

The effects of the wrap after one use were fantastic, perfect for perhaps for fitting into that Christmas party dress, or for nights out with the girls! I found the effects of the wrap to last about a week for me, but honestly with continued use, I can imagine the results will only improve! I would definitely purchase a few more of these to have on stand by for upcoming events, or special occasions!

That's it for now ladies,
I hope you enjoyed!
What are your thoughts on these types of wraps?
As always let me know below!
Until next time

Jo Malone London - Vanilla & Anise

Hey Ladies,

I hope you are all well! We have a first timer up for review on the blog today, Jo Malone - Vanilla & Anise. My love affair with Jo Malone began a few years ago on an aimless stroll through the beauty hall of Brown Thomas. It was one of those days when I had a rare free couple of hours to just browse. Originally I had intended to make my routine stop at the Tom Ford counter to peruse the Private Blend fragrances, when a lady breezed passed me smelling heavenly. I politely inquired as to what fragrance she was wearing and she told me her sister had bought it for her, Jo Malone but she could not recall the name. I finished things with Tom (Ford) immediately and headed straight for the Jo Malone counter, where I must have spent at least 45 minutes breathing in every scent that sounded remotely appealing to me, and that's where my addiction began.

I have a list (as most beauty bloggers tend to have) and on this list, are a number of fragrances I need to purchase from Jo Malone. Top of that list was Vanilla & Anise. It had been quite a while since I last smelled a perfume that I just had to have, that made a lasting impression on me. I found this particular one in BT's Galway on a shopping trip with tots, I knew there and then that I had to have this. A real sign that a fragrance is meant for me, is when I cannot stop sniffing my wrist, and that's how it was with this.

Vanilla & Anise achieves its cool atmosphere through a very clean opening of Neroli, which is quite dry and long lasting in the initial dry down of the fragrance. The tuberose and frangipani are held back making way for the incredible opulence of the orchid - vanilla combination, which pulls everything together very precisely in a way that only Jo Malone can seem to do. It's extremely understated and yet somehow manages to still be very, very elegant. Vanilla & Anise by name to me conjors up a vision of a cosy winters night by fire, and the scent of the fragrance itself makes it the perfect accompaniment to do just that.

I think this has the potential to be the perfect unisex scent, its not too spicy, not sweet or foody. Men as well as women will appreciate the crisp, elegant depth of this intoxicating scent. It has absolute pride of place in my perfume collection right now and will do for the foreseeable future. Any Jo Malone fragrance would make a perfect Christmas gift for someone special, the bottle itself comes beautifully presented in a gift box, with a perfect little ribbon wrapped around it. If you are stuck for gift ideas for him or her I would definitely recommend a little visit to your local Jo Malone counter!

That's it for now ladies!
I hope you enjoyed!
What are your thoughts on Jo Malone?

Looking For an Alternative to Bioderma? Ziaja Have You Covered with Ziaja Micellar Waters!

Hey Ladies,

I hope you are all well! I have something for you today that will make your life a lot easier when it comes to cleansing, Ziaja Micellar Waters. Micellar Waters have recently become the weapon of choice when it comes to removing makeup, and for good reason. We're all looking for the most effective, hassle free way to remove our makeup at the end of each day and Micellar Waters are such a fantastic way to accomplish that. Being around the beauty community as much as I am, and reading as many reviews as I do, I think it's safe to say that we all went more than a little crazy for Bioderma. The worst thing about Bioderma was that it wasn't available here, we had to order off eBay paying extortionate prices for the product itself and shipping, or if you were lucky get a friend to pick it up in France. No one really wants that hassle, and whats more, if you can get an alternative that's just as good if not a little better, has an infinitely more reasonable price tag and is available in chemists or online to be delivered straight to your door, why wouldn't you give it a go?

Totally incredible and totally affordable, I give you the bright and beautiful range of Ziaja Micellar Waters. As I mentioned above, I have been looking for an alternative to Bioderma for the longest time. Ever since I gave my last 500ml bottle to my dear friend Sarah in exchange for a fabulous Owl Scentsy Burner (totally worth the trade by the way) I have been trialing different cleansing waters non stop, but was left unimpressed by what was on offer. So, when I found out what Ziaja had to offer by way of Micellar Waters, I knew I'd have to give them a try, lets have a closer look, shall we?

Ziaja Jasmine Micellar Water is packed full of fantastic ingredients to help your skin look and feel its best after cleansing. With Jasmine Oil used to cleanse the face of its impurities and also balance the skin, Pro Vitamin B5 to promote healing and new skin cells to consistently regenerate, and Hyaluronic Acid to play a critical role in in our skins health with its unique ability to lock in moisture. A product that not only is hugely beneficial to your skin but also removes every last bit of makeup without leaving your skin feeling stripped or dry.

Ziaja Natural Olive Micellar Water with its main ingredient of Olive Oil, which should really become a staple in your beauty regime in some form, it holds an incredible amount of benefits for your skin. Rich in Vitamin E, it helps to keep your skin looking and feeling supple and it can even help to calm any skin irritations you may have. It also helps to plump and moisturise the skin with its combination of Vitamin A & E, really making this Micellar Water something special. Again, after use, this leaves the skin feeling clean and hydrated, a total winner in my book.

Ziaja Rose Butter Micellar Water has to be one of my favourites. The many benefits of Rose Butter include minimising the appearance of acne scarring, it helps to moisturise dry, chapped skin and lock in moisture, the perfect companion for the cold Winter ahead! It's also an excellent toner due to its antibacterial properties, and finally it's also an excellent source of antioxidant Vitamin C which helps to repair discoloured skin. I guess really what I'm trying to tell you here is that I consider this a little bottle of wonder!

Ziaja marine Algae Micellar Water is definitely worth a look in my opinion. Marine Algae has many highly effective ingredients. It firms, lifts and hydrates the skin on contact. The secret to Marine Algae being so densely packed with vitamins and minerals is the fact that they are permanently submerged under sea water, which is itself is mineral and nutrient rich. Algae is also rich in beta carotene, Vitamin A, and Amino Acids, it also helps to maintain collagens, helping to make the skin soft, supple and wrinkle reduced! I cant recommend this enough!

So, my final thoughts on Ziaja's range of Micellar Waters? Amazing products! Stop buying your Bioderma now and switch to these, because honestly, for products that range between €4.49 and €5.99 you really cant go wrong. I just love these, I highly recommend you give them a try, I can guarantee you wont be disappointed!

That's it for now ladies!
I hope you enjoyed,
What are your thoughts on Ziaja's Micellar Waters?
Are you tempted to try them?
As always, let me know below,
Until next time

I hope you are all well. It's my favourite time of year and bit by bit the Holiday collections are starting to trickle onto the  makeup counters, and it is such a welcome sight! This year Lancome's Winter Collection  is inspired by the magic of a snowy scene (fingers crossed we'll have our own snowy scene soon!) the satin radiance of snowflakes and the glitter of frost set to adorn you in enchanted light.

With shades of iridescent black and glistening garland topped off with a dazzling red lip, this collection lives up to the promise of Happy Holidays! All the magic of the season seems to be captured right here in this stunning collection of elegant, chic and glistening products! Lets have a closer look, shall we?

The Hypnose Ultra Dazzling Colours are truly a thing of beauty, offering a high concentration of pigment and sparkle within a waterproof mousse like texture these are just incredible! They are easy to apply, smooth application with a great colour payoff and once they set the do not budge, fade, crease or slide. The colours I have, shown above are Emeraude Eternelle, and Saphir Noir. Black Sapphire is a pretty accurate description of this little beauty, black as coal, with a stunning silver sparkle, almost like a dark sky with stars twinkling. Just gorgeous! The Eternal Emerald is not as it appears in the pot. It transfers to the eye as an almost blackened green, this is a colour certain to make your eye colour pop! When paired with the Black Sapphire they combine to make a really fantastic, elegant night time look for the eyes!

Also on offer from Lancome are a set of 4 Christmas Decorations, containing miniature products! When opened these beautiful hanging decorations reveal a different festive treat including Rouge in Love Lipstick, Hypnose Mascara, Gloss in Love and Vernis in Love! I think these would make a fantastic gift for the makeup enthusiast in your life (even if that happens to be yourself!). They are incredibly packaged it really is a lovely idea!

On the face: Lancome's Teint Idole Ultra 24 Foundation, and on the lips L'Absolu Rouge 132 Caprice

On the eyes: Lancome's Hypnose Ultra Dazzling Colours in Saphir Noir & Emeraude Eternelle, Hypnose Mascara, and Lancome's Art Liner in Black

Shu Uemura Art of Hair - Ultimate Remedy Line

Hey Ladies,

I hope you are all well! So as most of you know, I am on a long road of hair recovery. I wont go into too much detail, but hair damage and loss has been a big issue for me over the past two years. I am constantly on the lookout for new ways to pamper my hair, and when I heard about Shu Uemura's Art of Hair Ultimate Remedy Line, I knew I'd have to give it a go!

This collection of products is designed to nurse even the most helpless cases of hair back to health. The products use ceramide as a sort of cement to repair the hair fibre from within. It works to recover solidity and strength of the hair while also nourishing and smoothing for a glossy and soft finish! Here is the sciencey bit: Ceramide is a lipid naturally present in the hair fibre, that binds the cuticle and cortex together, providing the hair with protection, resistance, and impermeability. When applied to ultra damaged hair in high concentration, it penetrates the hair fibre and restores it's solidity and strength from within! This leave the hair with exceptional shine, tone and body, ceramide also prevents the loss of proteins and protects against any risk of future external damage. Pretty incredible right?

The Ultimate Remedy Shampoo with its Lotus Infusion and ceramide 1000PPM (parts per million, so the higher the PPM the stronger the product) gently purifies the hair without any irritation to the scalp. On first shampoo I found there was little to no lather with the product, on second shampoo there was a world of lather! The scent is just exquisite, and that is an understatement. I think if heaven had a hairdresser, their products would smell like this!

The Ultimate Remedy Extreme Restoration Conditioner is again infused with the lotus and ceramide 1500PPM, so stronger again in comparison to the shampoo. This restores nourishment whilst maintaining the softness and flexibility of the hair. I applied four small pumps of the product on to my hair and left it to work its magic for 3-4 minutes, which was fine with me, it gave me time to enjoy smelling my hair. it was easy to rinse out, and then I moved onto the last step!

The Ultimate Remedy Extreme Restoration Treatment is a stunning rich creme masque, and oh my word does it feel like you are in a spa somewhere when you are using this! The result after using this 3000PPM are visible immediately, and leave you with what I can only describe as feeling like you have had a hair transplant! My hair went from brittle and damaged to soft, glossy and strong. I honestly could not believe the difference after one use! Just incredible and I am totally in love.

My final thoughts? I'm blown away by this collection. It truly is incredible. If I had to choose one product? It would have to be the Extreme Restoration Treatment. Out of all the masks, and treatments I have tried on my haircare journey, this one lands in first place and really sort of deserves a special place on a velvet cushion somewhere because its just that good! I absolutely recommend you give these a go if you are in the market for a new hair regime. Perfection for the hair!

 That's it for now ladies,
I hope you enjoyed!
Have you any thoughts on this collection?
Does it appeal to you?
As always let me know below,

Tots Tuesday - Philosophy Birthday Girl Gift Set

Hello Ladies,

I hope you are all well! Tuesday's on the blog will now be a new series called Tots Tuesday! My 5 year old daughter Addison will be reviewing products in her own words, and telling you exactly what she thinks, in a way that only a 5 year old can. I thought it might be something fun and different, especially if you're looking for a gift for the tot in your life!

First up a little bit about my Addie-Bear -

Addie, can you tell everyone a little bit about yourself?
I'm 5, but I'll be 6 in December,so really I'm 5 and three quarters and a bit, and I'm in Senior Infants, but I don't know if I like it yet, there is all hard work and not much play time and sometimes I don't get to finish my lunch!

And can you tell everyone why you like makeup and all the other nice things?
Because you (that's me) have lots of it, and you're always taking pictures of things and its fun to play with and I like things that make me smell nice except sometimes I don't like the horse shampoo, because I'm not a horse mammy.

So Addie, can you tell me what you get in the Birthday Girl set?
You get lipstickgloss for your lips, and you get a shower gel that you use in the bath. It comes in a nice round tub with a ribbon on top, which I like because I can keep it after I'm finished the things to put stickers in, and it has pink sparkles on it because its for girls and its the same colour as my room!

Can you tell me a little bit about the shower gel and why you like it?
I like that it smells like birthday cake, and sometimes if you want bubbles you can pour some into the bath and it makes birthday cake bubbles.

And can you tell me how you think it makes your skin feel after your bath?
I think it makes my skin feel clean and for a little while it makes it smell like cake, but sometimes it makes me want birthday cake, can I have hello kitty on my birthday cake this year?

The last thing is for your lips, can you tell me a little bit about why you like this so much?
This is my favourite, its lipstickgloss that the lipstick artists use in makeup. You can put it on your lips!

Very good, and can you tell everyone what it looks like and how it feels when you have it on?
Well, it looks a bit like a honey yellow colour that has gold sparklies floating in it. You have to squeeze the tube CAREFULLY because too much can come out and you make a mess, but I don't do that! (LOL) When you put it on it makes your lips look shiny and gold and when you go like this (rubs lips together) it feels nice and gooey and then you can go like this (sort of smacks lips) and it makes a pop noise which is funny.

So, do you think people should buy this? And who would it be good for?
I do think they should buy it for people who have birthdays, but you don't really need to have a birthday to use it, because I used it and it wasn't my birthday and nothing bad happened.

Good, I'm glad we cleared that up. Nothing bad happens if you use this when its not your birthday! Did you think maybe the birthday police my come and give out to you?
Are there birthday police?!

No Addison, I think you're safe enough... Say bye bye to everyone!
Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Addison chose this picture of her so you could see what she looks like
and how scary she looked this Halloween!

That's it for this weeks Tots Tuesday!
I really hope you enjoyed!
Let me know what you think,
and if you would like to see more of these posts!
Until next time

Sumptuous Showers with Roger & Gallet

Hey Ladies,

I hope you're all well! Now you all know of my addiction to Roger & Gallet, but I have discovered a new love within the R&G family, The Roger & Gallet Shower Range! Since discovering these, all my other shower and bath products have taken a back seat. Everything about the range just draws me to it, the beautiful packaging, the bright colours, and of course, the heavenly scents, like their sister fragrance waters, these are just perfection!

Look at the gorgeous colours! They're just so bright and beautiful! The great thing about these is that they all contain glycerin to soften, aloe vera and shea butter to moisturise, and coco betaine to cleanse. They are sulphate, colourant, paraben and soap free! Lets have a closer look, shall we?

Gingembre Shower Gel is an absolute gem, I'm a huge fan of the original fragrance water, it's just a stunning scent. I was a little unsure how this would transform scent wise from fragrance water to shower gel, but wow! With notes of ginger and bergamot, this is a very uplifting, stimulating scent, a definite must for Winter mornings to come!

Jean Marie-Farina, this to me is just a piece of heaven! I adore this scent, it's breath taking. It's clean, aromatic and fresh! This is one I can promise you I will repurchase again and again. When the gel hits hot water, it's like a fragrance explosion! It has to be one of the most incredible scent experiences ever! If you want to pick one fragrance to start with, I suggest you start with Jean Marie-Farina.

Fleur de Figuier is one of the newest additions to the family. This is a shower cream, one of two creams in the collection really feels like its going that extra mile to help nourish and hydrate your skin. Scented of aromatic fruits such as mandarin, orange, grapefruit, fig, cumin and musk. It's quite a complex scent that will leave you feeling totally relaxed, heaven!

Bois d'Orange, shown here in a travel size of 50ml which is incredibly handy, is a strong fresh accord of citruses, warm nuances and the strength of woods, combined with fragrant oranges makes this an absolute treat to use! Perfect for your morning shower to perk you up!

My final thoughts on Roger & Gallet's Shower Range? Perfection. You really cannot go wrong with any of the choices available to you in this range. You're bound to find something to suit your taste. I will definitely be exploring the range further!

That's it for now ladies,
I hope you enjoyed!
